Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000 coils. But we can accept a small quantity for a trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need; we will calculate the price accordingly. You can place large orders if satisfied with our product quality and service.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We can provide you with existing samples to review if our quotation is acceptable. We usually send samples through FEDEX, DHL or UPS Express. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with freight collected. The sample costs will be charged, but it can be refunded if your initial order quantity more than MOQ.

Q: What payment terms are supported?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A are all supported. 30% deposit with order, balance before releasing the original B/L. It can be discussed after one year of good cooperation.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: 2~5 weeks, depending on order quantity and detailed requirements of product.

Q: What about the warranty?
A: 1 year. We purchase product liability insurance every year to guarantee compensation for the losses caused by product quality defects at the end user.
