Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Typically, our MOQ is 1000 pcs. However, we can accommodate smaller quantities for trial orders. Inform us of your required quantity, and we'll provide a tailored price. Larger orders can follow if you're satisfied with our product quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We can provide existing samples for your review upon agreement on our quotation. Samples are usually sent via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. If you have a carrier account, we can ship with freight collected. Sample costs are chargeable but refundable for initial orders exceeding the MOQ.
Q: What payment terms are supported?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, and D/A. A 30% deposit is required with the order, with the balance due before releasing the original B/L. Terms can be revised after a year of successful cooperation.
