Product Description

The Copper-Plated Stub Out Bracket is designed to securely support 1/2", 3/4", or 1" nominal copper stub outs for water supply lines. Depending on the model, the positioning holes for the copper tube are strategically located on 2-inch or 4-inch center lines to ensure optimal installation flexibility.
Constructed from copper-plated steel, the bracket features a protective water-based clear coat finish to minimize surface rust upon arrival at the job site. The bracket may include extruded holes to provide a broader soldering surface and rolled edges to enhance overall strength and durability.

Installation Instructions

Secure the bracket to the stud using approved hardware such as nails or screws. Insert the copper stub out into the designated pipe hole. Apply flux and solder the copper, ensuring that the tube, not the bracket, is heated. Applying excessive heat directly to the bracket may burn off the plated finish.
