Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1000 pcs. However, we accept smaller quantities for trial orders. Let us know your required quantity, and we will provide a corresponding price. Place larger orders once satisfied with our product quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We can provide existing samples for review, pending acceptable quotations. Samples are typically sent via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS express. If you have a carrier account, shipping can be arranged with freight collected. Sample costs are charged but refundable upon meeting the initial MOQ in your order.
Q: What payment term is supported?
A: We support T/T, L/C, D/P, and D/A. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and balance before releasing the original B/L. Terms can be further discussed after a year of successful cooperation.
