Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Typically, our MOQ is 1000 pcs. However, we welcome smaller quantities for trial orders. Let us know your quantity needs, and we'll provide a price accordingly. Larger orders can be placed if you are satisfied with our product quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We can provide existing samples for review if our quotation is agreeable. Samples are usually sent via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS express. If you have a carrier account, we can ship with freight collected. Sample costs are charged but refundable on orders exceeding our MOQ.
Q: What payment term is supported?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, and D/A. A 30% deposit is required with the order, with the balance due before releasing the original B/L. Terms can be discussed after one year of good cooperation.
