Installation Instructions

Secure the bracket to a stud using approved hardware such as a nail or screw. Insert the copper stub out into the pipe hole. Apply flux and solder the copper, being careful to heat only the tube. Direct heat on the bracket may strip the plated finish.

SPECIFICATION

This bracket series is designed to support 1/2", 3/4", or 1" nominal copper stub outs for water supply lines. Positioning holes for the copper tube are set on 2-inch or 4-inch center lines, depending on the model. Made from copper-plated steel with a protective water-based clear coat, this bracket minimizes surface rust upon arrival at the jobsite. Depending on the model, it may include extruded holes for a wider soldering surface and rolled edges for added strength.
