Next, insert the PEX tube through the center of the plate and carefully guide it towards the end of the bend support. To ensure the tube remains firmly in place, bend the metal tab to secure it. For installations requiring a 90-degree bend radius during concrete pouring, insert a 1.65" rebar through the plate's designated hole. Use the tube bend tab to lock the tube securely in position. If additional reinforcement is necessary, fortify the plate and bend support to the rebar using tie-wire or a cable tie for enhanced stability.
