Metal Bend Support with Mounting Plate

This series metal bend support with mounting plate is designed by WOR-BIZ INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT CO., LIMITED (ANHUI) to secure PEX tube at wall or floor penetrations.

The metal bend support ensures a tight radius without kinking the tube, providing reliable support for the PEX tube.

The unique open corner design of the mounting plate allows for easy insertion of the tube after the plate is installed and the tube end has been plugged.

For underground installations, the mounting plate includes a pre-drilled hole to fit a 1.65" rebar ground stake. This ensures a 90-degree bend radius to organize the tube before pouring.

Pilot holes along the plate perimeter can be used to secure it to any stud, joist, floor, or horizontal brace/bracket, providing versatile installation options.

The metal bend support is made of corrosion-resistant, zinc-plated steel, ensuring durability and longevity.

Installation Instructions

Secure the plate to a stud or subfloor using the provided reference information from WOR-BIZ INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT CO., LIMITED (ANHUI). Insert the PEX tube through the center of the plate and carefully bend the tube towards the end of the bend support. To prevent the tube from escaping, bend the metal tab to trap it. For a 90-degree bend radius during the concrete pour, install a 1.65" rebar through the hole in the plate and use the tube bend tab to secure the tube. If necessary, reinforce the plate and bend support to the rebar using tie-wire or a cable tie.
