Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Typically, our MOQ is 1000 pieces. However, for trial orders, smaller quantities are welcome. Let us know your needs, and we will adjust the pricing accordingly. Larger orders are encouraged once you are satisfied with our product quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We are happy to provide existing samples for your review if our quotation meets your approval. We generally ship samples via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS express. If you have a courier account, we can ship with freight collected. Sample costs are charged initially but are refundable if your first order exceeds the MOQ.
