Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we accommodate smaller quantities for trial orders. Inform us of your needed quantity, and we'll provide a corresponding price. Larger orders can be placed after confirming satisfaction with our quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We offer existing samples for your evaluation once our quotation is accepted. Samples are typically shipped via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS express. If you have a carrier account, shipping with freight collected is an option. Sample costs are charged but can be refunded if your initial order meets our MOQ.
Q: What payment terms are supported?
A: We support T/T, L/C, D/P, and D/A. Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the order and balance before the release of the original B/L. Terms can be renegotiated after one year of successful cooperation.

A: Lead times range from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on order quantity and specific product requirements.
