Next, insert the PEX tube through the central opening of the plate. Carefully bend the tube towards the end of the bend support to ensure optimal positioning. To prevent any movement, bend the metal tab to securely trap the tube in place. For a precise 90-degree bend radius during the concrete pour, insert a 1.65" rebar through the designated hole in the plate. Use the tube bend tab to hold the tube with utmost security. For added stability, if necessary, reinforce the plate and bend support by fastening them to the rebar with tie-wire or a cable tie. This meticulous process ensures a robust and reliable installation.
