Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Typically, our MOQ is 1000 pcs. However, we're open to smaller quantities for a trial order. Inform us of your specific needs, and we'll calculate the price accordingly. Larger orders are encouraged if you are satisfied with our product quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Absolutely. We can offer existing samples for review, contingent on an acceptable quotation. Samples are usually dispatched via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. If you have a carrier account, we can ship with freight collected. Sample costs will be charged but are refundable if your initial order exceeds the MOQ.
Q: What payment term is supported?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A. A 30% deposit is required with the order, and the balance is due before releasing the original B/L. Terms can be reevaluated after a year of successful collaboration.
