Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000 coils. However, we can accept small quantities for a trial order. Please let us know how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the price accordingly. If you are satisfied with the quality and service of our products, you can place large orders.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Certainly. If our quotation is acceptable, we can provide you with existing samples to review. We usually send samples through FEDEX, DHL, or UPS express. If you have a carrier account, we can ship with freight collected. The sample costs will be charged, but they can be refunded if your initial order quantity exceeds the MOQ.
Q: What payment terms are supported?
A: We support T/T, L/C, D/P, and D/A payment terms. A 30% deposit is required with the order, and the balance should be paid before releasing the original B/L. Specific payment terms can be discussed after one year of good cooperation.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: The lead time is typically 2-5 weeks, depending on the order quantity and detailed product requirements.
Q: What about the warranty?
A: Our products come with a 1-year warranty. We purchase products liability insurance every year to guarantee compensation for losses caused by product quality defects at the end user.
